Pompeo Della Posta

Pompeo Della Posta is a Professor of Economics at the Belt and Road School of Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, China. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence and has been a visiting student at Princeton and Stanford Universities. With nearly 90 published articles in academic journals and multiple authored and edited books, his work spans international economics, global finance, and development. He has lectured and presented research at universities and institutes worldwide, including in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Russia, India, Poland, China, and Italy. He serves as Editor of Scienza e Pace – Science and Peace, and sits on the editorial boards of the Global Journal of Emerging Market Economies and the Global Economy Journal. In 2019, he served as President-Elect of the International Trade and Finance Association, contributing to academic and policy discussions on global trade and finance.
